TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please take a minute to read these details so you know how to make a booking. 

Booking a wedding date

It is possible to secure the booking of your wedding day by paying a deposit of £60. An invoice will be sent to you which can be paid by cheque, cash or bank transfer. However, if you'd rather not pay a deposit before the trial makeup appointment, the trial must take place within 4 weeks of your enquiry or your wedding date cannot be secured. Once the deposit has been paid, the appointment date is secured for you. This deposit will be redeemable against the final invoice for the wedding day (not the trial)

Payments

Once the trial is completed, a request for the remaining payment for your booking will be sent via invoice and may be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer no later then 1 week in advance of the wedding.

Booking a trial

The makeup trial is normally organised approximately 3 months before the wedding. The charge for this is to be paid in cash on the day of the trial. At the appointment I will remain with you until you are fully satisfied with the final makeup look. Should you decide not to continue with my services after the trial, see below for details. 

Changes to arrangements

I am happy to discuss any additions required up until the wedding date if time allows on the day.

Travel Costs

All travel is included within a 10 mile radius of Hastings, East Sussex  Any miles travelled over that amount will be chargeable at 45p per mile.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your wedding booking, please confirm this by email as soon as possible. Your £60 booking deposit is not refundable. 

If for any reason after the trial you decide you do not wish to use my services, you must let me know in writing within a week of the trial. Your deposit will be refunded but your trial cost will be retained. 

Photo Usage

In order to keep my galleries up to date I like to showcase the beautiful photos from all of your special occasions. It is important to me that you are happy for me to do so and on most occasions I will ask for your consent.

In the event that I have forgotten to ask or if you feel uncomfortable about your photos being used on my website please contact me and I will remove them.
